The staff was very helpful. They allowed me to leave my luggage and collect it later. The rooms are spacious. Things are not brand new, yet they were well maintained.

I was disappointed with the room. the shower head was leaky. It sprayed water everywhere. also, the minibar was empty, a real inconvenience. these issues impacted my stay negatively.

The location was convenient. It provided easy access to many attractions. the room size was adequate. it was nice that tea and coffee were available in the room.

The air conditioning unit performed poorly. i needed to keep the window open to get relief, inefficient and resulted in street noise. one plug for the fridge was unreliable, which caused food spoilage. the main lights did not work.

dodgy air conditioningclogged shower drain

the air conditioning unit was dodgy , and i hate dodgy things. it barely worked , and since i visited in august , the room was quite warm. this made sleeping a challenge. also , the shower drain seemed perpetually clogged , so i stood in a puddle during each shower.
